Stove? Never got it

I don’t know if I should knock the product or the tractor supply store. Have an old pedestal stove that is manual start, thought wow, I can get a nice new stove. Went through the painful effort of looking at hundreds of makes, models, manufacturers then decided to spend the money and wait……. on the day of promise I get a call and e-mail that my decision isn’t available, how about this one for same amount. It isn’t even a comparison…! I’m so upset to go through the whole process for a second pick product. I’d love to have the stove to tell you how it is or isn’t but TSC didn’t deliver on their promise.

No, I do not recommend this product.

first of all the web site wouldnt let me order it close to my house? and when i tried to fix it with coustermer service is when all the problems started.i tried 2 times the first time to get them to call back and not be on hold and never did ! so i waited on hold for 48 min and i got someone who said the only way to fix it is do a refund? not ship to the right store,mind you this is 5 min after i placed order on line i asked why cant you just change shipping adress now, he said he cant do that ? and was NOT HELPFUL at all in getting me a stove i will never go to tractor supply again!

My first Pellet

We have a 1000 Sq foot uninsulated barn. The wood on the outside is tight and this pellet stove runs all night on level 1 and keeps the barn around 52 degrees when around 30 degrees or so outside. I use the app to crank it up to 5 about an hour before I head out to my office and it's toast when I arrive. Turn it down to level 3 from around 8 am to 8pm. My only complaint is that app does not allow a schedule. I used tractor supply premium hardwood pellets. I can fit a bag and half in the hopper and that last about 3 days for the schedule above. Very easy to clean.
