I find the heater to work as described. I suggest to anyone interested in one to watch videos on how to operate and clean the pellet stove properly. It appears to heat well. Of course it is early in the fall but so far I am pleased with it. I do recommend it but I also recommend watching videos and read about them to be sure it is what you are in the market for

Bought this stove 10 years ago still burning good no problems at all blowers are getting little weak but that’s 10 years still going best I ever buy again well will be getting new same thing

I bought this stove for my son.. I read all the disappointing reviews, I got it for him anyway . This was the stove he wanted..It’s just what the other buyers said it would be, it’s junk .. he’s had it less than two months and it won’t run right. What a waste of money .. it’s always clogged with pellets.. and I have to pay for this for three years..
I should have known better..
