Q: I had this pellet stove for a week and it keeps giving me error ECO2. What does this mean it’s not in the handbook?

- A: Thank you for your inquiry. ECO2 is not an error, but one of the operating modes. While in ECO2, the heater will not turn fully off when it reaches temperature, but rather go into a low heat mode. This pellet stove is very nice. My only complaint is that the instructions for setting up the WiFi connection in the manual are not for this model stove. I am still trying to figure out how to do it.
