Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT STOVE easy to install and get started. 10 minutes tops after i got the hole drilled in the brick. stove works well, the doors Pop open when it runs on high, glass is difficult to keep clean but that may be due to the pellet brand. runs well and helps as a supplemental heat in a large home. hopper feeds well and have only had one jam in feeder in 30 days. had a overfill in the burn pot causing an excess of pellets to bounce out and not burn, filled most of the burn area before it shut off. no other issues to note. super easy to use and light. Highly recommended

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth it Purchased in late 2019 to replace a malfunctioning older unit. Install was simple for being a replacement. Unit is heavy! Almost 300 pounds. Have it in the basement and it heats my entire house. It's downstairs and temp reads 75 degrees upstairs. Outside being about 35 degrees. I have a way to circulate air and it helps a lot. 2200 sq ft house. Holds two bags of pellets. Roughly 80lbs of fuel. Not what it claims but still good. On high setting one full hopper lasts about 15 hours of high heat. This is my 3rd pellet stove. And best one by far. However the viewing hole that is glass gets covered in soot after about an hour of use. Even after a full cleaning.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst stove i have ever owned I had to pick one star because there isn't a negative star. I bought this stove less than a year ago and it has had nothing but problems. This is the third pellet stove I have owned in different homes. It was a complete waste of money. I have had to replace multiple parts in less than a year. It has flashed almost over error code it has and is always going out. It isn't reliable. I should of listened to my gut and never spent the money on this. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn people on this terrible stove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome stove This stove has been working great. I purchased it about 3 weeks ago to replace a Whitfield stove that I have for about 12 years. This stove is super easy to clean and operate. So glad I purchased it !!!!!

Will the stove safely run on a 3500 watt UL approved,110 V gas generator with a built in surge protector, in case of power outage? Are line conditioners required?

Asked by: Doc P
The generator must be 1,000 Watt rated, deep cycle marine battery with a pure sine wave inverter.

I see you said if using a masonary chimney you will need a pellet vent pipe. Is that if it is over 15ft or is that no matter how tall the chimney. I will be running the pipe through my wall into the chimney

Asked by: Hunter0721
If you plan to run your pellet pipe into an existing chimney, you will need to run the pellet pipe all the way to the top of the chimney for proper operation. The reason you need to do this is because your pellet stove is designed and programmed for pellet pipe which is 3" or 4" in diameter. most masonry chimneys are 6" or greater. This will put additional back pressure on the exhaust blower decreasing the amount of air it will move. This reduced air will cause errors in the stove vacuum switches and it will burn poorly. If over 15 feet, please use 4" pipe to reduce air restrictions.

I have a old coal that I want to replace with this pellet stove, can I use the existingjf chimney

Asked by: Mjlf
You must use 3 to 4 inch pellet pipe. You cannot use just the chimney for the exhaust.
