This was the absolute worst purchase I’ve ever made. TSC doesn’t have an agreement with anyone for installation, they direct you to a 3rd party online service that tries to find a local provider to install … which there may not be (such is my case). So, DIY time. After all the fuss & muss, and no small project to do, it’s connected! And does not work. But between waiting for a professional installer who doesn’t exist and the undertaking to try to install it, you’re beyond the return period assuming you could lug the stupid thing back to the store. So you contact the mfg to see if they can help. Their advice? Take it entirely apart and reseal all the gaskets, and after painstakingly trying to comply there’s still a pressure leak SOMEWHERE that you now have no one to help you resolve and so you’re left with a several hundred pound paperweight while you wrack up the untenable energy bill this device was meant to mitigate.
It may cost 4x as much, but find someone who sells AND installs them, in the end it’s ultimately cheaper.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Small Stove.

Documentation leads you through assembly and setup. First fire, the stove did what it was to do, initial start time was around 4 mins. That "auto" heat management control kept the room within + or - 3 degrees. There is some downside issue. The feet had broken through the bottom of the shipping create, but no damage to the feet. The pellet feed control is easy to adjust but don't fill the hopper full until you have a feed you like. The electronic control board needs a better documentation. None of this effected my 5 Star rating.
