- A: Hi, Here is the information we received back from our vendor- "We do not have a after market wall mount thermostat but the unit dose have a built-in thermostat and the probe sticks out the back of the unit. All our units use a exhaust fan to push the exhaust out of the unit so there is no need to have a natural draft. Please refer to Owners Manual for specific venting options."2 years agoHelpful?

- A: The HP50 is the smallest unit for now. We are coming out with the HP40 next month that is made for 600-1800 square feet but does not have air wash glass like the 50. Also you can speak with techs here on ways to use the 50 to where it is producing minimal heat.3 years agoHelpful?

Great stove, shipping issues

I'm enjoying the stove but when the stove was unboxed, the glass was cracked and there was a small dent in trim, even though the box appeared pristine. I ordered new glass and will live with the imperfection. We were installing in the middle of a cold snap and needed it online ASAP.

Got the stove Friday Jan. 30 2026, installed it Saturday Jan. 31, 2026 and it won’t even turn on. Unit won’t show any power or turn on. Really think if you spend 2k on an item it should work on delivery but nope not this piece of junk. Now I have to wait for some kind of repair guy to come out and who knows how long that will take. Never again Tractor Supply.

A Great Buy on a Quality Stove

Great pellet stove, especially for a smaller home. Used outside air when installing it. Has plenty of capacity for a larger area also. Only occasionally burn it higher than #1setting. Comfortbilt customer support is great and timely if you need to fine tune the ignition. I now get ignition flame at 2 minutes with hardwood pellets. I am a retired stove installer and repair tech and appreciate the burn system of the stove. It simply works and has served me well.
