Ordered online With Tractor Supply and had it shipped to store. Box was in rough shape and sure enough the bag of bolts were missing. Called Troy-Bilt and they sent it out. Otherwise had no other issues. This item replaced another brand of trailer and this one has better features and is of thicker steel. Worth the extra money.

I can't give the product a rating. I received the cart in such bad shape, and missing the hardware, I had to take it back to the store for a refund. The staff at the Seffner Fl. Store was outstanding with the service and return though. So 5 stars for the Seffner Fl. TSC!

Solid cart, but the hitch support bar was faulty and needed to be replaced, and the wrong number of screws and nuts came packaged and was not able to be put together with materials provided. On hold with customer service for hours and email attempts also are taking a long time.

Troy-Bilt, for a long time, has been known by me to be a high quality American manufacturer of power lawn and garden tools. But in OCT 2020 I received a TB3048SS dump cart that measured 3/16th inch narrower at the tail gate than at the front. The cart comes disassembled with a left and right side that are supposed to be the same width. The right half was shaped at the factory incorrectly. Consequently the tail gate wouldn't fit. Tractor Supply of Rochester NH did an admirable job in assisting with a resolution (not with the factory) that was the best they would do but not really to my satisfaction. It wasn't Tractor Supply's fault but they readjusted the unit I had assembled and the final result was the cart bed was higher in the middle, that is bent upwards, and the gate did not sit flat on the bed. One star for Troy-Bilt and one star for Tractor Supply. Five stars for the manager Nate. BTW, I purchased a metal unit because plastic always cracks and breaks after time. I also wanted to buy American.
