I needed a narrower yard sweeper and this one fit the bill. I assembled it myself which was made difficult as to an incomplete instructional manual. Pictures did not print out completely and missing pages made my female intuition take over. I tried calling the number at Yard Tuff phone number to no avail. 3 different days and different hours. No answer nor ability to leave a message. I finally called my supplier (Tractor Supply store) and was so happy to be told I could download the manual and instructions (PDF) to personal print. I am happy to report that I completed it with just two adjustments. I am very happy with this piece of equipment but not the Yard Tuff customer service.

Very much like the other reviews THE INSTRUCTION PAMPHLET IS WORTHLESS (pictures are black very hard to see what to do when the sweeper is also black, several pictures are missing - just a blank space on the page with some arrows pointing to something that needs to be done, the MOST Helpful picture was the one on the carton it came in). We had to assemble and disassemble several times before getting it right. FINALLY put together it worked very well picking up grass clippings and dumping it where you want it.
