The Tekonsha Tow Harness requires no splicing of vehicle wires. Simply locate your vehicle's wiring harness connector, unplug the connection and insert the tow harness into the vehicle's harness. This T-one connector is easy to use and does not require any special tools. Additionally, the tow harness upgrades vehicles from 4-flat factory wiring to 6 or 7-way connectors.
