Great Stove So Far!

We love our KP130-W pellet stove so far! It’s been a great addition to our home. We haven’t had cold enough weather yet to really put it to the test, but we’re very happy with it so far and looking forward to using it this winter!

Really good product only one thing I found strange about this unit is when the temperature is satisfied it does not truly shut down it keeps dumping pellets wasting fuel the blower slows down to a minimum however it doesn't shut down. I called customer service about it they said that is normal that it never truly shuts down unless you physically shut it off. Which wastes pellet fuel. I've run this unit so far so good cleaning seems to be easy however there does not seem to be an ash trap only two little sliding panels that you vacuum out and clean glass seems to get dirty fast because it seems to fly everywhere in the chamber they seem to say that it lasts 2 to 3 days on one hopper so far it used one 40 lb bag of pellets in 24 hours it heats very well customer service seems to be very helpful in answering questions about the unit was a little disappointed that it did not shut down once the room temperature was satisfied they told me that it has a 5° swing once it reaches temperature it goes 5° over before shutting down the blower but does not shut down feeding pellets. Unless you physically turn it off
