- A: Yes. You can run the ridgid piping past the flue then switch over to flex as long as you are talking about a masonry chimney. If you are dealing with a chaise (stick built chimney) then you must use ridgid all the way.4 years agoHelpful?

Really like the way the stove works, runs quiet easy to set up and run, real easy to clean compared to the other one I had. The only draw back is the fact that the door on top of stove to put pellets in is way to small, most doors are at least 2 times the size of yours, would be nice if it coulkd be retro fitted to double size the door opening. more pellets go on top of stove and the floor than in the stove the way it is. Phil

We have been using our comfortbilt HP22-N for about 3/4 weeks now. For the most part we love it. It's easy to use, easy to clean and maintain. The only thing is the thermostate. We set it to maintain 72 and sometimes it shuts off at 68, sometimes it shuts off at 75. Same thing for coming back on - it's always between 3-5 degrees off in turning off and on. Other than that small inconvience we love it.
