- A: Scott, the control board and wi-fi can be up to 1/2 mile away. For best results it is better to have a clear line of site from the control board to the router antenna MMS100 base station location. - A: Carol - Yes both are available at TSC Stores or TSC.com. For the Remote it is Mighty Mule MMT103 (TSC #1429803) for the Keypad it is Mighty Mule MMK200 (TSC #1429804). Have had this gate opener for a week so far it is working great but the arm was defective had to get another and Tractor Supply made it easy exchanged bad arm for a new one and it worked!
