Rated 5 out of 5 by from Full Metal gas can like your grandfather used OUTSTANDING ....better Jerry can than can your grandfather used in WW II

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Gas Can The can arrived in the mail a couple days after we ordered it at the store with no shipping charge. This is our second can, as we are replaceing our plastic gas containers as they fail within a couple years. One can drive with this in the vehicle without any fumes! We won't buy plastic again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Metal gas can I wanted a metal gas can. I dislike the plastic containers. Like all new "safety" gas cans it is somewhat difficult to fill.

Is there a metal spout that can be used with this can?

Asked by: 64Paulette
The vendor can no longer sell the metal spouts to fit this product because they are not CARB/EPA compliant in the US. The spout we include with this product today does meet all regulations.

Is the spout long and flexible enough to put spout in car and tip the can without being awkward thus leading to spillage.

Asked by: DKLEX
The spout is 6 1/2 inches long. As long as the cap is screwed on tight, it should not spill or leak.

Is the spout inverted in the can or separate? If in the can, how can you take it out and screw it on without dripping gas all over?
