Great Diesel cans

These are great cans. I have had the metal gas cans for a long time and they still look brand new. Got the diesel cans knowing they'd be the same way. I don't mess with the plastic cans as my Husband, Dad, and Brother's can be rough on things skip the crushed, hole poked, white crease line, slow flow safety funnel plastic cans and invest in some metal ones.

Don't buy

I bought this can for a new Diesel garden tractor only to learn storing diesel in a galvanized metal can is not recommended. Tractor manual says "not recommended to store diesel in galvanized container". Stating diesel fuel can interact with zinc and create zinc flakes that could clog injectors and filters. This can says its galvanized metal.

It's a gas can

It's a fuel can. Handle is plastic and doesn't seem as robust as they used to be. Wish it were metal for the price. Doesn't leak, pours.

Worth the money!

Buy once, cry once. I’ve spent a ton of money buying different plastic fuel cans, and now that the government has regulated these, most of them are a nightmare. I’ve used these metal cans for years on construction sites, and never saw one break. They cost more up front but should last a lifetime.
