We shopped around for our product and decided to go with TSC, because we didnt want to order out of the country. They completely failed at upholding their promise. They have no idea what's available from any of their suppliers, including the one whom was suppling us with a pallet jack. No response from TSC for over 5 days, no communication about updates after tirelessly calling, waiting, and emailing. Ordered on December 9th, and its December 23 and they cancelled the order without notifying us. Now they are asking us to reorder. I dont think this is a good option anymore. Word to the wise, only purchase whats in the store not whats online.
