The DK2 Power 6 in.-14 HP Electric Start Wood Chipper/Shredder with KOHLER Command PRO 429cc Gas Engine is a 6 in. electric start cyclonic chipper shredder powered by a KOHLER Command PRO CH440 14 HP 429cc engine, equipped with dual 12 in., double-edge reversible cutting blades that auto-adjust to pulverize trees and brush up to 6.25 in. in diameter. Featuring large quick open hoppers, 59 in. truck bed height chip chute with adjustable cast iron rotating hood, easy drop stand, removable tow bar, 2 in. hitch, premium built-in tool box, Key shutoff with lock out safety switch. Extended 48 in. safety stability axle with D.O.T. tires. Safety kit includes tools, glasses, ear protection and gloves. Note: Slight color variations may occur from images shown. Backed by a 3 year Kohler engine warranty, 1 year DK2 equipment warranty.

Incredible chipper, I have nothing but great things to say. Easily eats through anything under 5”, it will chip 6” but a little slower. Power is incredible, it does not disappoint.

Built Solid

Just a solid unit. Packaged well and assembly was straight forward. I am impressed with the construction and ease of moving it around once assembled. Hitch sleeve has some play so I may shim with some fender washers but overall a great design.

Yes, I recommend this product.

3 years ago quirky branches cause drum to get stuck . Unit will do up to 5.5 inches diameter . Motor starts good even after setting up for months . Drum welds failing
