Works like it should

Works very well works extremely well on dry wood it will work on Greenwood you just have to feed it a little slower , love the bag that comes with it it makes it a lot easier to deal with the chips. As long as you don't try to force the machine it works well work with it not against it

This thing will shred leaves and twigs but try and send a 3 inch branch, no way. The biggest thing it will shred is about 1-1/2 inches and even then it struggles. The problem is it vibrates so much everything breaks. The throttle assembly, the main housing welds, the muffler broke off, tow hitch fell off and the bag rips after one use. The company that manufactures it sent me all the parts that broke and I spent more time fixing it than I did using it. They finally told me that they are going to refund the entire price and to just dispose of it. I am still waiting for the check.

After 4 days of use on honeysuckle, chopper dulled quickly. Still need to learn how to sharpen it. All other features are nice.

Warranty not honored

I purchased a "Country Pro" chipper/shredder late last year and it broke an internal bolt. Bishops Small Engine Repair in Richmond, KY is the local service center for YTL International. On 4/8/24 I contacted the manufacturer and Ron Golon directed me to take it to Bishops for the repair. Bishops has had the chipper since 4/12/24 , I got tired of waiting and retrieved the unit unfinished on 8/20/24. Communications by phone and email between myself, the manufacturer, and Bishops has been very slow and many times ignored. Bishops has tried to blame the manufacturer for the delay in shipping parts and YTL has tried to blame Bishops. I simply want my unit back working so I can use what I purchased in good faith.
I believe that YTL has intentionally delayed repair in order to run out the one year warranty period.
No, I do not recommend this product.
