Great machine, makes quick work of limbs, leaves and yard debris. Assembly was quick and easy. Did have a problem with misaligned pulleys which broke the belts after first use. Tech support provided a quick response with free belt replacement and detailed info to properly align pulleys.

This chipper is worth the money. Easy setup, easy to start and very easy to use. This made quick work of all the branches that fell during recent storms.

Works like it should. The factory should tighten all the bolts, though.

Have had this chipper for a few years. . . and it has performed well above expectations. The heavy flywheel allows this thing to handle basically anything that will fit down the shute once the flywhell is up to speed. It has always started very easily and hasn't needed any replacement parts. We have changed the oil and that is about it. They are saying this is a chipper / shredder. . . if you buy it to be a shredder you will be disappointed. It just doesn't do that well. It also doesn't handle the smaller stuff that well either, but you can always run it through multiple times. I say it doesn't handle the smaller stuff well because it will throw most of it right out with not much done. It really is for wood, not leaves. The flaps on the feed and exit side WILL break. . . Honestly that should be expected on something like this, if used enough. That is the only thing we have had break, and we aren't going to bother replacing them. Just don't feed branches in and watch . . you can have the wood bounce back out at you. There does seem to be some pieces that once they get to be just the right size will get caught and jam up the flywheel if you are pushing too much through. It is relatively easy to unjam once you figure out how. . as the top 1/4 of the flywheel housing opens up very conveniently. This is one of those pieces of equipment that seems out of place these days because it performs so well and doesn't break. If you need a chipper GET THIS ONE.
