Unit was well packed to prevent damage from shipping and instructions were very easy to follow. Also like that the heater head is easy to adjust and folds down fir storage. Only con is wish it took a bigger propane tank.

It came in handy just the other week as the weather is fickle; it dropped back down to the 40’s in the northeast. It really does take off the edge of a breezy day/night which is precisely why we wanted one! Our kids love in the sandbox which is in our patio area but they hate the cold; well now they can play even when it’s a bit chilly! Now I was surprised how massive the box was when it was delivered, however after assembly, it made sense because this thing is pretty massive! I would recommend you measure out/plan the proper location for use. As for assembly, I was not expecting it to take as long as it really did. I think the instructions indicated approx. one hour to assemble, but it certainly took me longer (your milage may vary), however issue was not with instructions, more likely the user (me). Be sure to have extra tools on handle, I found a drive ratchet to be extremely helpful with the assembly process. Also, an extra hand wouldn’t hurt either as the parts are all rather large and cumbersome. Overall, the process was very simple to do, just time consuming. I was both impressed and happy with the amount of heating this heater generated, and especially happy that I could direct the heat downward and outward towards the location of my choice. My only criticism would be wishing that the wheels were larger as it would make it easier to move if/when necessary. I feel the wheels are simply too small for such a large frame. Additionally, while I appreciate that heater can fold down to store away, I did wish there was a way to collapse the deflector as it really takes up quite a bit of space. Lastly, I do wish there was a way to adjust height of the heater and it would be even better if you could anchor the arm to be lower or higher. It would really allow for more flexibility and offer up more places where you could potentially use the heater. If you’re looking for a new outdoor heater that offers a modern look with flexibility, then this maybe an excellent option for you! This is perfect for any open space area where you can adjust the heat quickly and effortlessly. It’s durable and well made to keep you warm and cozy, just where you’ll want.
