Broken at delivery.

Who knows how it works. Manufactured Jan. 2022. I purchased 3/18/22. After taking home I checked oil level and checked grease fittings to see if all grease fittings had been greased. On 1 of the front tires there is about a 1 inch plastic bushing with a grease fitting that had broken off. No grease was ever applied from the factory. Which tells me whoever applies grease at the factory knew it was missing but let it pass anyway. Talked to 3 different people at MTD( now owned by Black and Decker) who makes cub cadet. All 3 talked to me as if I was nuts about a part that didn't exist. Told me a supervisor would call in a day or two. Call never came. Their own diagrams don't show part that is put on LT46. I offered to have them send part and I would replaced it myself. Called TSC and was told they would send someone to repair on a service call and turn into warranty. If not done by 30 day return grace period will be retuning to TSC.

I am writing this review after three years of use of this particular model of riding mower. The motor on this motor does an excellent job of moving the tractor anywhere you want to go. It cuts well and is he starting if you have enough cranking amps in your battery. The only complaint I really have is it came with AGM battery? That was too low cranking amps. It only lasted a year and then I replaced it with another OEM battery. That battery lasted a year and then I got smart and got a 350 amp regular flooded
battery and installed it. It starts great I’ve had no trouble with battery’s since. It’s a great mower ,

I purchased the Cadet Cub online, and within the hour I was notified that I was receiving a refund. I didn’t get any reason why until I inquired with the customer service department. They said that the tractor was damaged. Tractor Supply didn’t go any further than that. No offer to have one shipped, locate one at another store, nothing. Just here is your refund. I really like shopping at Tractor Supply, and will continue to do so. Just this one instance they really could have done more.
No, I do not recommend this product.
