This looked like such a wonderful item but when it arrived with no instructions as was PUBLISHED, i was a little upset. I do not have internet access so it took me awhile to get to library and access them. They also did not say if you didn't install the cups completely above the bottom of the bucket, the spring loaded cups would remain open and all of the water drains out- if on the ground. It would work fine hanging. Anyway, it took some trial and error to figure out the correct set up. A piece paper with better instructions would have alleviated many frustrations. I won't look to this company for anything in the future.
