To prevent this, we would recommend placing it on a stand/block or hanging it so it is just high enough that chickens can drink, but not perch. Keep it away from roosts or walls where they can jump from.a year agoHelpful?

Water shoots out, missing parts, junk
Bad design, came missing parts, no instructions on how to operate and you would think you could connect a hose to the top water inlet to fill up but that just shoots water straight out the bottom inlet. I was hoping to put this on a timer but there is no way to make that work for an auto fill situation. Waste of money.

Waste of money and water

This waterer is horrible. Pours out the bottom as fast as I'm trying to fill it. Doesn't hold water at all, very poor design. Would not recommend unless you plan on just having your hose on constantly. Waste of $50
