Starts easily and cuts smoothly. It took me a couple of lawn mowing sessions to become familiar with a zero turn mower. But now I think it is amazing. So easy to navigate around tight spaces like trees and bushes. The soft ride is why I purchased this mower. It takes the bumps and does not transmit them to your body. Very nice ride.

Website said we had to add the $595 white glove treatment. The guy handed over a user manual and suggested we read it. Told my husband he’d drive it off the trailer for him. I called Customer Service immediately and was told I’d hear from someone. Haven’t heard from anyone since
