Missed the window

Product is well made and appears that it will last quite a while. Ordered this with product showing it would arrive 2 days before Christmas. Product did not arrive until the 27th. The sad part was that it was in the local distribution warehouse on the 23rd, but sat there until the following business day to be delivered.
