We have not had the chance to install yet. But hopin all the parts will be together as the package arrived opened in one end. It looked like it was never sealed

Don't be fooled by pics and videos on reviews

I would've given 5 stars but the product was not nearly as big as some of the pics appeared to be. Yes i did check measurements. But the one i got would never fit a dog the size of the one in the pic. I've got a 1 yr old pitbull mix who's about the same size... or soon will be. Lol. I still like the door itself tho.
