Q: The door flap and 1 lock broke when 2 cats arrived on both sides simultaneously. Big cracking noise. I have another door but i really hope i can repair broken one and use new in addional door. Is this possible?

Breaks Easily

Door worked great but damaged easily. First time I locked it my cat broke the door in half.

Great design, easily damaged

I really liked this door amd it worked great for.our cat, but when locked my cat was able to break the flap and now I can't get a replacement flap even though it has hinges. It's winter and now i have a large hole in my door that I'm trying to figure out how to replace.
No, I do not recommend this product.
