No Sure About Warranty!!

The Husqvarna zero turn seems to cut grass pretty well. We had it shipped to the local Tractor Supply Company, it arrived with a damaged foot plate (the sticker and paint deeply scratched to bare metal already rusting). We contacted TSC customer service about the problem (two times now) to see about a replacement, that was about three weeks ago. They requested that I send Photos of the damage, which I did. They did say we could use the Mower while the powers that be decide whether to replace the mower or the part. After a few days I asked if they received the Photos, via Email. No reply, so I called TSC Customer Service again, they said the Photos had been received. So, I'm not too sure about the Warranty (We also have the extended Warranty). The Mower itself seem pretty solid. Some of the Plastic Covers around the control panel (throttle, ignition, choke) were installed wrong, but that was an easy fix.
