The machine works well.The second time when I was mowing one of the handles come loose ( no pressure) I do my research and I find out that the steering damper fail . In order a new one.

ordered from Oakmont store at 4 am Friday 6/12 and was never delivered! So much for same day delivery. When I called store rep was rude, arrogant and overall just a terrible sales service...they don't remember who is the customer!!!. Will never deal with that location ever again!!! Tractor Supply should fire that individual immediately.

ALL FIND EXCEPT THERE WAS NO WASHER ADPTER FOR THE DECK TO WASH UNDER IT.
THERE IS ONE THING THAT COULD BE BETTER & THAT IS THE MANUAL, IT IS NOT CLEAR
ON ALL THE PARTS ON THE MOWER. i'V MOWERED THE YARD TWICE & IT' HAS BEEN A
EXPENCIE. MY FRIST ZERO TURN.
