Great Mower

I've had a great experience with my Cub Cadet zero-turn mower. It starts right up, cuts the grass evenly, and makes mowing my yard a lot faster. It's easy to steer around trees and flower beds, and the ride is comfortable. Overall, it's been a reliable mower and definitely worth the money. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quality zero-turn.

I purchased a zero-turn mower from Tractor Supply Company on June 23 with the clear promise of free same-day delivery—a promise that was completely broken. Instead of receiving my mower that day, I was left waiting for over a week with no delivery and no clear explanation.
During that time, I called several times for updates, but there was very little sense of urgency or proactive communication regarding my order. While I was offered a discount initially, as the delays continued, I was simply told there was nothing more they could do. I expected either additional compensation for the extended delay or for the delivery to be expedited, but neither happened.
The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but how a company responds to them makes all the difference. Based on my experience, Tractor Supply fell well short of the level of service I expected, especially for such a significant purchase. Because of this experience, I will no longer do business with Tractor Supply and will be sharing my experience with others I know so they can make informed decisions as well.
No, I do not recommend this product.
