Not Delivered
a month ago
I was called by the delivery company, who asked if I had a way to unload the truck. I do not. They said they'd check around and get back to me. I've heard nothing from them since. This is some very poor service!

Great deal

Plenty of power k66 transmission is a beast Kawasaki motor very strong a bit of blue smoke when start up but other than that for the 3k I paid for a brand new TS348
I would say one heck of a deal
I am extremely disappointed in TS review team get real

Overall great little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my machine for 3 years, I use the cutting deck, a 36” scoop, and a 42” blower with winch.
For all tasks this machine has more than enough power with the 24hp motor. The locking rear differential is great for the scoop and blower, have only managed to get stuck once.
My one big complaint is with the wiring harness for the blower and winch setup. This motor gives off a lot of heat which exhausts onto the winch. This can make the winch itself REALLY hot, the heat hasn’t damaged the winch yet, but attached to the winch is the wiring harness, which lasted 3 snow blows. I am currently redoing the wiring with more heatproof insulation for the 4th time in 3 years.
Without this issue I would rate it 5 stars all day, this issue though really bugs me and a 3.5 is more honest.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Shipping company destroyed my mower

I don't have it cause shipping delivery company destroyed it because they didn't tie down the load and another mower or a piece of freight fell on my mower and destroyed it I am not very happy right now and I still don't have confirmation of a reorder to get me another one I told both shipping company and tractor supply to get me another one in a timely manner and yet I have no confirmation of a reorder matter of fact not much messaging from them tomorrow is Monday we'll see what's going on because I am not happy at all I really feel as though they should upgrade to the bigger mower because they're screw UPS and apparently the delivery shipping company does this crap all the time someone needs fired I would give zero Stars if it would let me tractor supply has not handled this to my satisfaction.
