Char-Broil Classic 2-Burner 20,000 BTU Gas Grill is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy unless you've got 4 hours to assemble!! It's a box of poorly designed parts. Assembly instructions are drawings and there are dozens of screws. The leg parts all look the same (but aren't) and the bracing is flimsy. Never got it finished - returned to store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable as heck 10 years ago I picked up an old Char-Broil two burner that had been kicked to the curb by some fool. I drug it home. It needed some TLC and my wife thought I was nuts. Within ten minutes on the Char-Broil website I had all the parts I needed to bring it up to full function. How cool is that! This old beater works multiple times a week, it's provided hundreds of tasty meals and I'm in less than 50 bucks for parts thru the years. I will cook on this (repairable) grille until one of us rolls over. Darn This beast almost has a soul.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Char-Broil 2 burner gas grill. Model 463672717 From the TSC website, I ordered a 2 burner Char-Broil grill, model 463672717. I read the reviews and some were good, some not so good. I have assembled many items and was confident of my ability to get the job done. The box was delivered and I started assembling the unit. The directions were hard to follow as the operation was poorly explained. I had a 20-year-old Kenmore grill that was simply worn out. Following directions, I started assembling the grill. Each tubular leg has four parts which fit together at three joints. Each joint has a connection to the next piece by having a smaller section to fit into the next piece. One of the parts had a smaller section that did not reach far enough into the next piece. So, I had to drill both pieces so that I could bolt them together. The bolts provided were so lightweight that I ended up taking serviceable bolts and nuts from the Kenmore grill and using them in place of the Char-Broil bolts and nuts. The tubes fit so poorly that I ended up temporarily using duct tape to hold the pieces together as they kept coming apart. Some of the tubes were not drilled or were improperly drilled so I had to drill the legs. I then used a larger drill bit to accommodate the Kenmore bolts. The parts for the Char-Broil came on a white-backed card that had the parts shrink wrapped under plastic. On the backside was a series of codes plus the number of parts in each shrink-wrapped section. To ensure that I had the right parts, I had to have the assembly directions in hand, refer to the back of the card, have a tape measure handy to measure the parts, and finally find the correct parts. This system is at best poor. The engineers should take a real good look at the parts card and come up with a better way of presenting the information. I would suggest that in the assembly section starting at page 29 and going forth that the parts identified as needed be further detailed as to the diameter and length of the part, how many are needed for the operation being shown, and the total number of parts. This information should also be on the white side of the card to assist the customer. I believe that I spent too many hours assembling this grill so for me, the juice was not worth the squeeze.
