My boyfriend loves this griddle!

My boyfriend recently bought this griddle because the Blackstone wasn't in stock and let me just say, he is obsessed with it! He thinks this was actually a better purchase over the blackstone because of the added features (extra burner, 4 extra inches of space, and lid)! He's convinced he is now a hibachi griddle master chef and now every meal we eat has to be cooked on the Even Embers Griddle for the rest of time! However, I have no complaints. It's his pride and joy

Careful you don't get burnt

When using all the burners there is no shield on the front and sides so you can get burnt standing to close to the front and you can't put anything on the side tables it will melt and if you put a stainless steel tong or spatula on the side tables it will get so hot you can't pick it up.

I bought the griddle brand new. We made the mistake of not peeling the sticker off of the griddle until after it was built. After taking it off we found a rust spot underneath of the sticker. Since it was completely put together, and we don’t own a truck to return it, we decided to keep it in hopes it would come off when we cleaned the griddle but it did not. We scraped/scrubbed as much as we could off. It’s no longer visible since cleaning and seasoning. Hoping it doesn’t get worse. Would recommend peeling off the stickers before getting started on assembly.
