Heavy duty grill

At 100+ pounds this grill is substantial. The parts that make up this grill are heavy duty. The connecting points are threaded bolts that screw into connected inserts instead of sheet metal screws. The cast grill body will outlast every other part of the grill. The igniters work great and the grill holds heat well.so far it is a great grill.

Well built bbq.

fairly easy to asemble. The hardest psrt was decifering the manual which was not totally compatable with the LF 395 model. The Bilt app was very handy.

Freestyle assembly

I have not had the opportunity to use the bbq. This review is only about the assembly. It looks fairly easy ONLY IF none of the panels are bent. Unfortunately, 2 of my panels for the base were severely bent when they arrived. This made the assembly almost impossible. I had to use pliers and a mallot to straighten out the panels as best i could before i was able to start assembly because the holes for the screws were not lining up. I have assembled several bbqs over the years, this one was the most difficult due to the bent panels.

The Napoleon Team
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the F365PGT-GB. We're sorry to hear that several of the panels arrived bent and that this made assembly much more difficult than expected. We understand how frustrating it can be to spend extra time straightening components and troubleshooting alignment issues before you can even begin enjoying your new BBQ. The panels should not have arrived in that condition. If you have not already done so, please submit an order for replacement panels through the warranty portal on our website. Our team will be happy to review the information and assist with obtaining replacement parts. We appreciate your patience and hope you'll have the opportunity to enjoy your grill once everything is properly assembled.

My new bbq.

I am reasonably happy with my purchase overall. This bbq is a bit of a downsize from my last one and it has a few quirks that I’ll have to learn to live with. The bbq heats up very quickly to 500 + degrees F. but when I turn it down to minimum it regularly flames out at the slightest breeze leaving one or more dead burners spewing propane - a possible hazard? My other issue is that the upper grill is low making it difficult to flip a burger or other food underneath. The assembly was a bit time-consuming but the on-line instructions were very helpful.
