Napoleon Freestyle 365 propane grill

Only used the grill once so far and it worked fine. Directions are pictures only, no text, but I figured it out. Some bent parts occurred in the shipping process but I was able to straighten them out with a rubber hammer. The bent parts can’t be seen after putting everything together. The box looked beat when I picked it up at the store. Better packaging and a thicker cardboard box would help. Like most everything today, quality has suffered as corporate profits come first. But overall, I’m satisfied so far.

I bought this product today and the first thing I see is a distorted cart base panel. Attempting to get help is at 1 hour and still holding.
