Misleading advertising-sent wrong grill

Beware, I went to my local store to purchase this grill on sale, as the website said they had it in stock. When I got there, they only had a 4-burner grill without the sear burner, yet were advertising it as the sear grill. So I ordered online only to be shipped the same incorrect non-sear grill. Now I'm unable to get a response from "Customer Service" despite MANY attempts by phone and email. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN YEARS.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Worst customer service experience of my life!

What an unforturnate set of circumstances I have had with Tractor Supply online. I purchased a new gas BBQ grill and that purchase included free delivery. When the delivery was made the grill sent was a store display that had sat in the elements and it had weather damage. I refused delivery as I was expecting a new, in the box, unassembled grill. There was no indication I was going to receive a defective display. I was told I would receivd a refund within a few days. I paid for the item with a gift card, rewards and a credit card. After many attempts to get my refunds, and about two weeks time, I contacted customer service. I was told there had been a miscommunication and the refunds would now process. I received a credit to my credit card that included the gift card amount but did not receive the return of the rewards I had used - I had been assured they would reappear on my account within a few business days. After two more weeks went by I again contacted customer service about the remaining refund of the rewards. Now more than two additional weeks have passed and there has been no communication or action on the return of the rewards used in the transaction. I certainly hope my experience is the exception, not the rule.
No, I do not recommend this product.
