Maintains steady temp night and day. Great 20 lb brisket on 1st smoke. Been smoking over 30 years, 1st pellet smoker and like the results. FYI, read and understand instructions before 1st use. Tractor Supply manager took great care of me in Port Orange FL store after I returned junk Char-Griller smoker. Tractor Supply is awesome!

I was unaware that the product was pre assembled and set outside for display causing rust inside the smoker. During pick up and patiently waiting for assistance, the employees were very unhappy and rude because they had to help load the smoker in the rain. I was very appreciative and thanked the ladies countless of times for their time and help. I understand weather unpredictable but I don’t feel it was necessary for the negativity and complaints.
No, I do not recommend this product.
