XPO with another “L”

Three stars, because the safe looks great, but the shipping company dropped it off the back of an 18 wheeler in front of my house. They did not set it down in the street, it literally fell off of the truck. I refused the order because it sat fell on the lock side. Unknown whether it was damaged or not. Shipping company had to hire a tow truck to recover the safe from the street

Nice safe. The delivery company (XPO) was terrible dispatcher consistently lied about time of delivery and reason for delay. However the actual driver read excellent. If he had better support at XPO, or would have been great overall.
