Don't buy a Cannon

I wish I could give them a zero. DO NOT BUY A CANNON SAFE! Absolute junk. Keypad broke in less than 15 months from minimum use. Took 8 months fighting customer service to honor that life time warranty they brag about. They then sent me a used replacement Keypad that's all scratched up and filthy. This is the worse company Ive dealt with. I can't warn you enough: buy any safe but a Cannon.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible safe and horrible company to do business with. Don't let the attractive prices persuade you to purchase this crap. I've had to have my safe drilled out twice at $350 a piece to gain access. The safe expert I hired to "break" into has 40 years of experience with safes and claimed at one time, Cannon had great products. According to him, they switched to cheap inside components that often fail. So, it looks like I get to pay another $350 to get my safe open to retrieve my belongings. As for this safe, it will soon go to the scrap yard.
Cannon's customer service is a joke. Their standard line is to change out the battery. They know their product is bad by all of the calls and poor reviews they get, but they fail to make things right. They will send you the components at no charge, but they do not pay to get your safe cracked or someone to repair it. Go with Liberty or some other safe company with better reviews.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The quality is poor. I would never buy again. Also the XPO delivery driver dropped the safe as he was unloading it.
