Disappointing Build quality

I received this safe today, and unfortunately, the "out-of-the-box" experience was a major letdown. For a product designed for security and longevity, the quality control is severely lacking in several key areas:
Exterior Coating: The spray-on finish is already chipping off the side right out of the packaging. It doesn't seem to be bonded correctly to the steel, which makes me worried about further peeling down the road.
Incomplete Coverage: The bottom of the door was missed partially during the coating process. It’s bare or under-sprayed compared to the rest of the unit, showing a lack of attention to detail during manufacturing.
Defective Door Seal: The door seal—which is critical for fire and moisture protection—was not installed properly. It’s crooked, which essentially compromises one of the main reasons I bought a dedicated gun safe.
It’s a shame because the safe has potential, but when you spend this kind of money, you expect the basic assembly and finish to be handled correctly. I’ll be reaching out to customer service to see how they handle these defects
