JUNK!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY

Mine was junk. The door would not open and shut correctly and the electronic lock quit working within a month. Winchester sent a repairman to fix it but he came without knowing the combination to the new electronic lock and just left without it working! I had to call Winchester myself and get the combination but when I entered it the electronic lock still would not work. The technician Precision Lock and Safe would not come back and fix his mistakes and Winchester safes would not send anyone else? Be advised if you purchase this you really have no warranty!

Shipped a horribly damaged item at christmas

I could not be more disappointed with tractor supply, we were shipped a horribly damaged and dented gun safe, the item was to arrive right before Christmas leaving us a little time to go to a different store and purchase a gun stay for my son-in-law's present, not only that I stayed home an entire day waiting for the delivery only to be disappointed with how the item was attempted to be delivered. This is unacceptable and unethical and my opinion.

Just purchased this safe and got it home and inside. Opened it up and its beat up pretty bad. There are several significant dents in the sides and edge with the finish missing at these dents.

Tractor supply has bad customer service

Not a review of the safe specifically, but the company you’re buying it from. Safe came damaged from XPO, I rejected the shipment because of damage. You (the customer) must reach out to their customer service if their product comes damaged, they will not reach out to you and gladly hold your money. 2+ hour wait time to connect to a representative. Asked for a refund and it’s been 15 days with no refund. Either XPO hasn’t returned the damaged safe or TSC hasn’t issued the refund. I’ll be thrilled to wait on hold for 2 hours to find out. If it’s XPO’s fault, that’s still a reflection of TSC’s business practices as there are many complaints about shipping problems and customer service, or lack there of.
