Tractor supply-terrible customer service

Great safe. However, I would Not order through tractor supply.I had three different conversations with tractor supply and carrier regarding the safes placement and it needing to be delivered out back which would not be typical “curbside” delivery. I was reassured it would not be a problem until the Driver showed up and was unable to to do as previously discussed. After then calling tractor supply and carrier, no one could answer if I would be charged for refusal or what to do. Fast forward- I had to hire another company to move the safe. After unboxing found there were several chips of paint missing on the sides/front so called tractor supply. They offered me $150 or stated I could pay to move the safe back outside and they would replace but not reimburse for additional moving. Tractor supply said what they needed to make the sale but did not honor their commitment to myself “the customer” or offer fair compensation for the issues/damage to brand new safe!
