Strawberry, botanically known as Fragaria, is a low-growing herbaceous, hybrid perennial of cultivated origin. This makes them desirable for gardeners who seek a consistent supply of berries over a longer period. Eclair's fruit is deep red on the exterior, with a lighter red interior and a rich and sweet flavor with some tartness. Their texture is firm yet juicy with a strong aroma adding to their appeal.
