The mower itself is great. The problem I’ve had is loose bolts. After my first mow i lost a bolt on the back of the seat. After the 2nd mow the emergency break almost fell off. I’m not sure if this is on tractor supply or bad boy but very disappointed

Just did my 10hr oil change and I love it! It does not do slopes well but luckily I only have one and it can be handled with the trimmer. The ride can be a little rough depending on terrain but you can buy aftermarket seat suspension from Vevor for $100, no need to upgrade to the $800 suspension seat Bad Boy offers. Overall I am happy with my purchase and I look forward to making it last over 1000 hours with routine and preventative maintenance.

CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER

Paid $5300 for a new zero turn and they tried to deliver one that was all rusted and scratched up. When I called they said well they do sit outside and this is how we received it. That is ridiculous. The fact that they actually tried to deliver this and say it was new for what i paid is unbelievable. Thankfully i got a refund but before you buy online at Tractor Supply i would highly recommend you go look at it at the store.Very disappointed that they thought this was ok and tried to deliver. This looks used and worse than the one i just got rid of after 12 years. Only way i would have taken this is if about $4000 was knocked off the price. Tractor Supply should be ashamed to deliver this type of quality.Thank goodness i saw before they took it off the trailor. At least saved some of the drivers time.
