This is my regular layer feed. Hens do well on it.

If a feed has to have food coloring to satisfy pompous chicken growers who want that 'dark yellow yolk', then they're not feeding enough natural foods, i.e. grasses, bugs and other small critters, legumes (clover is easiest to get and supply, but any legumes are good), table scraps (which includes meat and fats from meats! Chickens will clean the table scraps up and no waste is made throwing it into the garbage disposal or garbage can!), even crushed up egg shells in their feed (don't waste the shells from your hard boiled eggs...crush them up into 1/16th inch particles and add it to the feed or the table scraps! Again - the 'no waste' mantra!), etc., and should stick to raising canary's.
