The Stirling 4ft. x 8ft. kit trailer is a customizable single-axle trailer that will fit your hauling needs. The Galvalume construction offers a scratch and corrosion-resistant finish that is long-lasting and maintenance-free. E-Z lube hubs allow for ease of maintenance and added bearing protection. The A-frame tongue adds increased support and stability when travelling. The kit comes complete with all the wiring and lighting required for the trailer, a 1-7/8" coupler, safety chains with rated S-hooks and safety latch, eight stake pockets and licensing documentation needed to register the trailer. Conveniently shipped in 3 boxes, the trailer can be easily assembled using basic tools. The Stirling 4' x 8' kit trailer meets all DOT requirements and is ready for the road as soon as you are! This trailer is just as advertised. Decent quality metal and easy to assemble. I had the whole thing finished in three and a half hours by myself. I have only two gripes and they both have to do with the electrical system. The first one is that there's no way to pass the wires through safely entering the front of the frame or exiting the back of the frame. I cut down some half inch tubing and slipped it over the wire to protect it in both places. I guarantee you your wires will be cut within two years rubbing on that metal. The second gripe is the pushing connections for the tail lights. These folks put all this time into making a great trailer and then put garbage tail lights on it. Those pushing connections are cheap and cheesy and I doubt they would make it a half a season before they started giving trouble. I took the lights apart and soldered the wires directly. I could add a third grade about the trailer jack itself. Don't much care for the idea that I have to disconnect it and store it in my vehicle while driving the trailer anywhere. A swivel jack wouldn't cost any more. I'll probably replace it with one before too long.
