Missing Parts & Outdated Instructions

Only purchase this trailer if you are prepared to assemble every nut and bolt. The description says trailer and kit. It is all kit. The assembly instructions are available on the Tractor Supply website. Read before purchasing.
Then be prepared for the online instructions to be wrong. The parts list included 76 washers which were missing. We purchased replacements locally rather than wait. RK2 later responded that the “updated” instructions, which are not on the website, will be posted soon. The washers are “no longer required”. Then we discovered that (2) bolts were also missing. We also purchased them locally. Hopefully our experience with the trailer gets better. Very frustrating so far, just putting it together.

No sign of my trailer

I had to refuse delivery of my trailer on February 24th as the box was split open the entire length and parts were falling out. 2 calls to customer service and still no trailer.

Great trailer

I love this trailer. It's very versatile, and the folding capability makes it convenient to store anywhere. I love galvanized finish - very corrosion resistant. I pulled it about 1200 miles recently with a motorcycle loaded on it, with no issues whatsoever. It pulled straight as an arrow. I've also used it for moving recently. Very nice product.

Nice little trailer

Nice little trailer. However some of the welds were on the hot side and melted some of the top layer of steel on lap joints. Never seen any blowouts on the bottom layer. Left some sharp edges. But at least I know it’s a Decent weld. The instructions could be updated from previous versions but still enough to get you through the set up with no issues. Hot dip galvanized coating is nice and thick so take your time popping open the clips for the wiring harness.
Yes, I recommend this product.
