I spend 3k on a used, rusted trailer

TSC sold me a unit that is over 2 years old, the wood planks needed immediate replacement, tongue jack was defective, heavily rusted & covered in pine straw.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Can’t believe they sold this trailer
a month ago
I was happy to finally receive my trailer after waiting for over 6 weeks to get shipped to my store. Took a closer look at it and almost every , if not all, of the floor boards in trailer floor have knots in them. Two of the knots on the boards go all the way through. So I have two holes that need repaired in my new trailer and many more knots that need to be filled and repaired. On the right side of the trailer the metal is bent up like it bent during transport from being tied down too tight. Called customer service and she directed me to the trailer warranty department. Trailer is being returned. It can be someone else’s headache.

Terrible support from manufacturer

Warranty and customer support is a joke. They keep asking for more and more proof with the simplest broken tail light. Don't bother with Carry on.
