For the Stirling 5 x 10 utility trailer, the interior bed width is 5 feet (60 inches). The usable flat bed space is designed for hauling bulk materials such as gravel, soil, and mulch, provided the load remains within the 2,100 lb capacity rating and is properly distributed. We would also recommend placing a sheet of plywood inside the bed before dumping gravel, as this helps protect the Galvalume finish from scratching ad makes cleanup easier after unloading. I have had the same model 5x10 at least 10 years and still use it on a very regular basis. I have had to repair a couple bolts and two lights in all this time and I really like that i can fold down both gates into the bed for easy transport,saves a lot of wind drag when towing it empty.

Great trailer, great support

I've owned three trailers, and this is, by far, my favorite. I really like the solid floor and solid sides. I was very impressed by the tailgate design: permanently mounted, folds down for loading, locks upright, and also folds into the bed. I also like the front gate fold-down options; great for carrying a load that is a little longer than the bed. The only thing I miss is optional metal stake sides to increase the height of the load (I move a lot of small trees/branches to our town transfer station).
Also, I am VERY impressed with the great support I've received from Westbrook Trailers. Before and after the sale, the prompt and helpful information I've received went a long way to making me choose this trailer.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Exactly what I was looking for

Perfect trailer for Yard maintenance and household renovations. I use it to haul mulch, stone lumber, just about anything needed for home projects. I had 5 x 8 utility trailer for many years but this has it beat hands down in its hauling capability.
