This is done because the trailer is sent via UPS parcel delivery, which helps reduce freight costs and makes the shipment easier to handle through standard delivery networks. a year ago- A: Hi Nick, Yes, this trailers can and needs to be registered to be used, when you buy the trailer, you will receive a Certificate of Origin (COO) and with that and the bill of sale, you can register the trailer at your local Ministry of transportation.
