Q: What is the size of the box it comes in?
3 months ago- A: Hi Ted, Thanks for your question. We recently identified an issue on our side where some review notifications were not coming through properly, which delayed our ability to respond, your question was one of those affected. We’re also happy to see that Tractor Supply was able to respond on our behalf in the meantime, and their information is correct. The 4 x 4 ft Stirling kit trailer is shipped in several boxes rather than a single crate. This is done because the trailer is sent via UPS parcel delivery, which helps reduce freight costs and makes the shipment easier to handle through standard delivery networks. If you still require the measurements of boxes, please reach out to us at support@westbrooktrailers.com and we would be happy to provide this information for you. Kit Trailer
You’re absolutely right—this is a true kit, and we’re glad you noticed the high-quality hardware included (even if it felt like enough to stock a small store!). We understand assembly can be time-consuming, and we’ll definitely take your suggestion about improving the clarity and size of the instructions to make the process smoother. We already have a video on our YouTube channel that walks you through the process of assembly.
We’re thrilled to hear you’re happy with the sturdy construction, solid design, and precise alignment—that’s exactly what we aim for!
Thank you - Westbrook Trailers Team.
