I was highly disappointed in the quality as well as the size of this coop. It's not very functional either. Hard to clean. The pull out tray doesn't slide in and out very well and has gaps all around so the bedding falls out on the ground. All of the latches were very flimsy and not lined up correctly. I ended up replacing them. I also installed handles on the doors and window to make them easier to open. I was surprised they weren't included given the cost of this coop. I do not recommend.

Easy assembly, but clean out door is to large for hardware used cannot open easily nor close. Materials could be a little more hefty, flimsy. had to buy another coop for winter as afraid this one will come apart if attempt to move.

The coop design is cute, but the wood is thin (not predator proof, really), and the product is flimsy enough that the parts are very vulnerable to shipping damage. Our coop parts were so damaged that we couldn’t fix them well enough to put the coop together and were limited to salvaging roof panels and run panels and the floor. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. The box appeared undamaged, but the parts were apparently less sturdy than the box was. The shipper delayed getting the product to us in our rural location and apparently didn’t handle the product carefully enough to get it to us in salvageable condition. My recommendation would be for Tractor Supply to drop this product.

I gave it 1 star because of these issues; The drawings (no pics) were good for the most part, but a few others were not clearly understood. There was no video to be found for this particular coop. You would think that a company that sells a product would do a step by step video by an English speaking person from the USA, because this is where I live. Some of the parts were not predrilled. On the wood that keeps the egg dividers straight, the brads were too short and the glue didn't hold, so I had to fix that. There is more but this is enough to give you the idea to make sure you find a video 1st before buying. I could have sent it back, but I didn't want to go through the huge hassle of taking it apart, and repacking it.
