Everything says it’s a culvert in the advertising when it finally arrived almost 4 weeks later. The labels call it a drain pipe! It is not like the 12” I got a couple years back. It has a red liner which apparently they are saying that is double walled! I guess I will make it work. Tractor Supply you can do better your buyers should do better. If you stocked these I could have seen it wasn’t what I wanted!!
